Lighthouse Mercury Lumina Chest
During the public event, it is on the right side tower if you're facing the lighthouse. Dunk the orb as per usual during the event and then you do the crystal jump puzzle right after to reach the area above and there is your chest! (also where the region chest is). Good luck all!
