FPS Stutter during Server Slam

So, my FPS has been great (150fps on Ultra settings, 1080p)
However, I get stutter every now and then. Its like its smooth 99% of the time but every couple of seconds I get like a microstutter which makes the entire experience not feel smooth.

It's the 1% lows, the usually stay at around 110-120 but sometimes they drop to 20fps. So even tho im getting 150fps most of the time the stuttering really hurts my experience.

For anyone wondering, yes I did try Framegeneration. I capped it to 165fps and it was again at 165fps 99% of the time, however those microstutters are still there. Not sure what to do. Perhaps just a beta thing? Maybe itll get better at release, just wanted to post this here incase theres a fix or if I can improve the 1% lows.

If anyone want GPU / CPU usage percentages or any other information let me know
