DAP + Tidal + HiRess

Hi guys,

I am using Onix Alpha in combination with my Win laptop and Tidal app. I really enjoy the sound but sometimes I don’t want to open my laptop for casual short listening but when I use my iPhone as a source, the quality of Tidal is limited. Now I am thinking if I purchase Android DAP I would have to use UAPP to have full quality from Tidal, right? (btw. my brother in law has Pixel 9 and there are no limitation, he has full quality through my Onix Alpha from Tidal). Would be the solution to have non android DAP with Tidal support? Is there full hiress support?
