CIMB January Promo Interests, can I withdraw all since Feb na?

Can I withdraw and transfer my money to other Digital banks already, even without receiving the interests from the January promo yet? Since the interest will be given within 14 working days naman daw, logic tells me na hindi naman dapat maaffect since January is done and nasunod naman yung mechanics the whole of january. Just want to get assurance and maybe get other routines and tricks yall do for making the best out of the digibank interest promos. Thanks in advance
