Question about draven

Hi all, I have questions about Draven that I don't exactly don't know the answer to -

1)When do you exactly pick Draven? Whenever or against a whole squishy lineup?

2) What ADCs do you ban or what do you ban in general?

3) What support do you pair with draven? People have been picking Blitz with me but I don't like it because it has no peel for me.

4) How do you deal with Sivir, MF and trist? I think these 3 are the most I'm having trouble with in lane, since I have trouble I end up playing safe.
