Gabe losing weight

Here’s the thing - he’s going to lose some weight with his new diet because he is so large to begin with. That’s normal when you change your diet - for instance, people addicted to drinking a soda several times every day can see a difference when they stop. Who KNOWS what his meals looked like before.

At some point though, if he was going to continue for longer than a few months, he’s going to stop losing so much in a week but just like everything that him and Drue attempt, he will give up long before that. I would be shocked if he makes it a full month of eating “right”.
