What is weed like compared to tobacco / nicotine? Are they similar in any way?

Okay so im 18 years old and never smoked weed before but ive been smoking tobacco / nicotine for the past three days. Smoked around 15 cigarettes in the past three days. And so far tobacco is like an instant satisfaction feeling i get when i inhale the smoke and after it for like one or two hours i feel very mild stimulation feeling.

Is weed anything like that? What do you think which is better weed high or tobacco buzz (as a first time smoker)?

Should i try out weed even tho its illegal in my country and i swore to myself i wont try illegal substances?

Ive been thinking about weed lately. And since i tried smoking tobacco i feel curious about weed.
