Which Faerie Commander?

Hey friends!

I’m looking into making a faerie deck and was curious which commander you have found the best. I for sure want a dimir deck, so I’m between [[tegwyll, Duke of splendor]], [[Alela, cunning conqueror]], and [[obyra, dreaming duelist]]. I plan on putting the two I don’t helm with in the 99, but would love any experience or advice!
