Mass Token Generation (white)

Hi,

I am building [[Prowl, Stoic Strategist]] and got many good suggestions from you on how to build it. As i definitely want it to be able to win via commander damage, i need cards that create many creature tokens AT ONCE, so his car side does not flip before. So while cards like [[Oketras Monument]] are great over time, i m looking for stuff like [[Evangel of Heliod]] his 6cmc counterpart or [[White Suns Zenith]] the phyrexian or soldier version or [[call the coppercoats]] and Abdel Adrian. Do yoz know others that work here?

TLDR; Apart from the ones mentioned above, which white cards create many (5+) creature tokens AT ONCE? (scryfall only finds repeatable token generators)

Also apart from stun and detain, do you have other ideas for police card effects to go along the theme here? 😀
