Looking to Try the Game Out & Saw the Black Friday Sale

I have been eyeing this game for some time and I had a two quick questions.

1. Which starter decks are the best to try right out of the box? I've seen mention of both Daybreak decks, but I've also seen mention of Centaurbor being a good introduction. I am just looking for something easy and fun to play right out of the box.

2. Currently, the main shop has a Black Friday sale where you get some goodies for sales of $50 and up. Does shipping and tax count towards that $50? If I get to starter decks, its shy of that mark and I'd hate to miss out on that because of a technicality.
