Minimal landing page feedback?

Not a designer so I went for the "minimal" approach.

The less there is, the less I can screw up right?

I'm not really publicising my site at the moment so the intention of this page is just to gather sign ups and also try out the "mysterious invite-only" approach. I'm not intending to give much more info at this point.
