Showers and Elevators constantly broken

Anyone else tired of the water and/or elevator issues at multiple locations? Nothing like wanting to shower after a long workout only to see that there is caution tape all over the showers. Nothing like getting to the gym only to hear that the elevator that takes you up to the gym on the 9th floor is down and we don’t have stair access.

I understand that things happen but the sheer amount that I experience this is terrible considering the experience that I’m supposed to be paying for. Don’t even get my started on how many locations just have terrible vibes overall
