Cheater blocked my end screen? [Cheating] [Discussion]

So my buddy and me we wanted to try to do the new event khorovod. As we were defending the generator we got killed out of nowhere. And both me and my buddy we got Black screen. I want to say that we werent able to see the person who killed us and report him. Is this some kind of thing cheaters can do? Because its ridiculous how we cant even report that guy.
