Freezing/ crashing entire pc [Discussion]

Ever since the end of last wipe my pc has been completely freezing only while playing Tarkov. The game doesn’t even just crash and close like I’ve seen from others. The game freezes, both monitors go black and then when they come back to life every application open is frozen (usually just have tarkov and discord open) until I restart my pc. And rarely I get a blue screen with KERNAL_MODE_HEAP_CORRUPTION stop code. I feel like I’ve tried everything I can find to fix this but nothing has worked :/ any suggestions on how to fix this are greatly appreciated
