Amazon FM NACF Offer

Received offer yesterday, expires Monday. Current TC relatively low based on YOE (6 finance, 4 business analysis); about 130. Fully remote for a midsize tech company. Great WLB. Based in So-Cal.

Amazon offer requires relocation to Chicago. Job is supporting one FC site, ramping to two. 5 days a week in office. TC = 175 but growing to 190ish by Yr4.

Feedback I've seen on culture at Amazon is .. pretty horrible. Any one have experience in or with Finance supporting NACF?

Single and no kids. Current role doesn't have strong internal growth opportunities and delayed my last promotion for too long / no material raise in comp.

Been in SaaS my entire career, little concerned moving away from that into Ops Finance would not help landing a higher lvl SaaS job after that stint.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.
