Helsinki or Tampere to relocate? Expats :)

Hi beautiful people in Finland! As we are planning to relocate to Finland from another EU country. Where do you recommend staying at? Helsinki is a bigger city so probably more jobs for non Finnish Speakers and more schools to choose from for our children. Tampere seems lovely and probably rent will be slightly cheaper. But in terms of jobs, I am thinking it might be limited. We hope you can give us some more information about these 2 beautiful cities.
