How do you manage to stay consistent?
Hi all. Just wanted to ask that how you do manage to stay consistent with the diet, workout and steps in general?
I try and stay consistent and maximum it lasts is a few weeks. I’ve also observed that cheat meals don’t work well for me, the more I eat cheat meals the more I crave for it.
Some tips to stay disciplined and consistent with a typical 9-5 would be greatly appreciated! TIA :)
