None of this makes sense

There are already Ford and Chevrolet plants in Europe. And I'm not sure how, while I agree in environmental regulations and reevaluations of pesticides on our crops nationally, to my understanding it's been pretty much the point since my birth that all of these things make costs rise and not fall.
