How do you get Mikus Leek melee?

Saw a few players in matches have a one handed Leek melee and im wondering why I still don't have it, thought it was a skin for the drum sticks tried to change their skin but option didn't appear.
Tried searching online but nothing, later was told from a discord member it was a crew reward, but its a green onion not leek. They said the Leek and green onion are different one is shorter and other longer.

Is it a reward from the crew subscription? If yes ill gladly waste $11 more dollars for Miku.
