Low Rp hate

Can we normalize not kicking low rp level players from activities. I tried ti join a heist and mfs keep kicking me just cause I’m 87 rp like just cause I’m 87 don’t mean idk wtf I’m doing I just don’t spend all damn day on the game every week.
