Where do you find people to jam with?

Hello fellow geetarists. I’m a bit out of the loop but finally accumulated enough equipment to start playing with other people again. Where do you find people to jam with? Do you have any apps you can suggest or places you find people to play with? Bandmix was suggested as an app but it’s been hit or miss. Open to other suggestions, thanks!
