HP Omen 15 Terrible Performance

So I just bought an Omen 15, RTX 2060, Ryzen 7 4600h and the performance is horrendous. Playing Fortnite I play on 30 fps...
After some digging I realised it was because the Integrated Graphics was being used instead of the 2060 and so I tried everything from manually changing the preferred GPU in every application to completely disabling Integrated graphics, but nothing seems to work and I bought it off ebay where the guy is refusing to take returns. Help!!
