New update is dropping when ?

I don't care how much time it takes, I love supergiant and their amazing games. But man I just want to explore the last region of the game. I don't really care about the story conclusion I know it will come someday but man the last region I am just so hyped. Do you know when does it drop or shadow drop. Late January - mid February maybe ?
