Body temperature

Before diagnosis & medication my body temperature was always in the 97 range.. I was always cold, and if I had a 99.1 temperature I felt super sick. I started 50mcg levothyroxine at the end of march and in the beginning of summer I got diagnosed with celiac as well. My tsh upon diagnosis was 5.27, and 3 months later 1.5, then beginning of summer 2.2. I caught some kind of cold this past week, and yesterday I felt really off, I checked my temp 4x and it’s consistently 97.9. But I’ve been SO hot. Even with the AC blasting. My next endo appointment and bloodwork is end of September but I suspect my tsh might be creeping up and I might get put on a higher dose levothyroxine… anybody else experience this? I think my body temperature is telling me this. My cold symptoms are scratchy/slightly sore throat and congestion. No fever but felt feverish and fatigued all week. Started feeling sick Tuesday and it’s now Monday and I’m still the same. The fatigue could be from working overtime the last 3 weeks.. idk.
