TSH Levels Increasing

Hello all,

I was dx’d with hypothyroidism a few years ago. My original dr. (Now retired) was able to stabilize my levels with 50mcg of levothyroxine. My new dr tested me for hashimotos which came back positive. My TSH levels have continued to increase every 6 weeks when I have bloodwork done. First 4.5, then 7, then 9, and now my results from yesterday were 35. I am currently on 75 mcg of levothyroxine. My dr sent a message asking if anything had changed with how I take my meds, etc…which they haven’t. Every morning at 7 am I take my medication. (No food for a few hours before or after.) I have been dealing with tremendous stress, as I’ve been caring for a family member that recently became very ill. (Not sure if this is a factor.) Additionally, I do take other meds: 150mg of Wellbutrin XL at noon and 25mg of lorsartan in the evening (for BP). Has anyone else had a similar experience and/or suggestion? Thanks in advance!
