Best straight-wall deer rifle under $500

Title says it all. Live in a state that is straight-wall deer hunting only. Looking for a .350. Which rifles would be recommended with price being biggest concern.

This is more as a filler rifle until next year - Have looked at Axis II and heard terrible things. Also 450 bushmaster which I think is too much punch for what I’m doing. Will be shooting from sub 80yds.
