Am I too old to become an electrician?

So Im 39 an earlier life of bad decisions has me still working in starting level positions and I’m thinking I need a trade. The apprenticeship in my area doesn’t start again till next August and with a four year apprenticeship I’ll be 44 by the time I’m done. Worth it or just stick with the dead end warehouse jobs 🤔🤦🏻‍♂️🤷🏻😢
