Computer Share SOS

My turn now.

After a dreadfully long wait, I have finally received the letter from ComputerShare with my missing shares from the last trading day on the ASX. As part of the "seamless" process, the missing shares arrived in a letter with my name misspelled, which clearly created a new account with them. I am looking to have all my shares in the same account. Does anyone have any directives on how to get this addressed with them?
