Received a damaged/defective hoodie from URBANNEEDS

I bought this hoodie from URBANNEEDS and received it 4 days ago. The fabric is burned and rock hard to touch at some places. The is no fall in the hoodie as promised and looks wrinkled. I tried contacting them on every platform be it mail, instgram, whatsapp, calls and even messaged the owner regarding this. He asked me what happened, I told him everything, and no response. What should I do? I have been wasting my energy these few days trying to get some help but not even a message from them.
