Problem

I have a problem, my account was blocked for no reason, just out of nowhere, then I did the verification via video and ID card, then an email came that I had access again and I thought everything was fine, the next day the account was permanently deactivated and I tried everything, Instagram support kept sending me the same links to report my problem but there I get error messages, it pisses me off so much, years of work for nothing, memories, pictures, videos that no longer exists, everything is gone... does anyone have a contact email where you can reach a real support person from Insta?
