Valentine's Day in Venice

Hey guys, my partner and I are having Valentine's Day in Venice next year, and I'm just looking for an suggestions on Romantic things to do. I'm planning a gondola in the morning and seeing an opera in the evening but not too sure about the day time. I'm thinking to go over and explore Murano/Virani, but looking for any suggestions. Most of the main highlights of the city will be covered on other days already. Thanks!
