Got a weird message from Asianet broadband today

I have never got a call or email asking me to pay any pending fee. I switched to Jio broadband 2 years ago. Is this a scam? Are they literally threatening me to pay? I am ready to pay, but beeshani ude swaram enikk pidikunilla. Half minded to pay, as their services are waste. Even the given ph. no. is busy when I try.
