Kingdom hearts 1.5 + 2.5 collection crashes

Hello! I've recently upgraded my pc and now im experiencing several crashes in KH1 (unsure of the other games). does anyone have a fix for this. ive pin pointed the issue to having AMD GPU's 9maybe cpu but i have intel and it wasn't crashing before)
