Wife doesn’t want to try my Kombucha

I’ve always been a kombucha drinker, my wife has dabbled here and there. Wanted to make my own, and I’m a few days out from bottling and my wife is second guessing wanting to try it. She’s going to wait 36-48 hours after I drink it 🤣
