Can I eat slightly acidic foods if I neutralize them?
For example, I may have 4 or 5 sweet and ripe cherries and make a smoothie out of it with an almond milk. Almond milk is alkaline and therefore the pH level changes. Am I right? Or should I stop doing this? I just really love fruits, especially berries, but I consume them only like I described above. Since I have lpr, I can't tell if this method works or not, because I don't feel anything.
