Anyone taken MCAT and LSAT?

I am currently applying to medicine in Canada but am considering a career in law as well. How does CARS compare to the LSAT?

I scored 95th percentile on the MCAT, 90th percentile on CARS (scored 95th + consistently on practice), am I cooked? Or do I have a chance at 170+ on the LSAT if I studied for 3-6 months? Ideally want a 173+💀
