How's ITU for cs

I'll be applying to lums this year , but I wanna have a backup school in Lahore ( I'm not from Lahore ) .Fast is not an option cuz I'm a pre med ; I'll have to take add maths ka paper . Parents don't wanna send me to Islamabad or any place too far .

Is ITU a good backup plan ? I've heard they have a great cs program ( not taking into account the campus ; I know it's miserable)
