Need identification for machines

Sorryto post twice about the same type of stuff in one day but I am wondering if you guys can help me find out what these are. There are NO identifying details or information on these machines. Just certification tag in Chinese inside one of them but nothing written on it. I just learned they may be medical grade devices. Any thoughts? Literally anything is appreciated because I've exhausted my options for keyword searches on google. Thank you in advance.
