Burny FLG-90 MIJ 1980

A really old Fernandez made Burny FLG-90 in Cherry Sunburst. This guitar has had numerous upgrades and modifications over the years and when I was bidding on eBay in 2011 and got the guitar I learned a lot about Burny and other Made in Japan Les Pauls from my friends on the MyLesPaul forum.

Changes to 1980 stock include upgrade to Gibson '57 Classic pickups, vol & tone pots changed, tuners switched to Gibsons, bridge and tailpiece, a refret job, headstock sanded, removing original logos and then sanded again most likely to remove a Gibson logo, which got removed to put Burny back on it. It looks rough. The guitar has some wear and dings from being used, not to gently it seems, but it still looks great.
