Did anyone with a CMPA baby choose *not* to eliminate dairy (or soy or their other allergy foods)?
I remember seeing one Redditor say their pediatrician didn't recommend an elimination diet because that increased the risk for allergies later on. Was curious to hear experiences from other moms who didn't eliminate allergens from their diet.
Edit to clarify that I did eliminate my baby’s allergens! Just wanted to know how the alternative route looked and worked for others.
