19F, do you value personality or looks more?

Talking about a potential relationship or something like it obviously, for friendships I don't know why you'd care about looks lol. Most will probably say personality, but what would YOU say and why? Or does it depend, like whether you want something more or less serious, or what stage your relationship is at?
