Trigger warning: 1 month marathon training.
Don't get too excited. I ran my second half marathon in December so this isn't zero to 26.2 its just 13.1 to 26.2. So far I hit 4 miles on 12/30 and 6 miles on 1/1. How should I work towards those higher milage runs? I have a hard time eating and drinking while running. I am 25 male, 6 foot 4 and 195lbs.
