Is this the best tank build for Alice?

Just started a few months ago, and I have always liked tank/lots of regen characters. Built this myself with a few inspiration from other builds. Tested myself against an bot Franco, and seems to kill him right after mana runs out. Any changes you would add? (Trying for an full tank, life steal build)
