New Player, Living Frigate Help.

Do I stop pulse drives when it says Anomaly or wait for it to say Whale Song?

I'm searching for S Class Living Frigates that I have found coordinates for through videos and shares. I have yet to see a "Whalesong detected" but when I stop pulsing for an "Anomaly Detected" I find the Living Frigate of lower class (Not S Class). Is this because I'm not waiting for "Whale Song" or are these locations I'm hunting outdated and no longer S Class?

Please help!
