Can't unlock the new purple systems.

Hey guys,

I've been doing a few research left and right on this sub and also on YouTube but I seem to miss something out.

I have finished the main quest and I'm now in another galaxy (Eissentam).

I also have finished the Atlas quest as the only i have left now is "Atlas Eternal" which is kind of a forever loop I think to understand.

I also did had a Settlement, although I barely did anything about it and still have one active "Build the overseer office".. I was just not too much into settling, Im a traveller.

Finally, i did visited a dissonant system but I receive no calls for the Autophage quest which apparently is the key to unlock the purple system?

Could anyone please help me out to understand what im missing here.. would love to see these gas giants with my own eyes!
