Hiring NPCs with the new space stations. (Not needed for me I just wanted this thread to exist for others)

With the new space stations how do you hire people to work at your base? I don’t need this information personally because I already have them all. But someone else might. Especially with worlds 2 (pressumably) bringing in many new players.
