Nootropics that give you social energy/extroversion?

Hi everyone, I'm a male who's in his early 20s that's fairly introverted. I have a close circle of friends and try to put myself out there and meet new people at social events (I live in NYC) but it's so exhausting and it feels like I'm an actor on a stage sometimes even though I'm not trying to be fake. I'm genuinely jealous of people who get off on meeting new people - I'm trying to grow my social circle but I work a consulting job that drains my social/mental battery at the end of the work day.

Is there a nootropic I can take regularly that gives me a bigger social battery and lower my inhibitions/helps me live more in the moment? I also feel like I mull too much over bad past social interactions too much sometimes and that stops me from enjoying and seizing opportunities in the moment. For context, I lift weights/run four times a week, take a multivitamin, fish oil, zinc, magnesium, and ashwagandha. Any help would be much appreciated!
