When there are no “what ifs”

Does that still count as OCD? I often flip flop between the endless “what ifs” cycle and then sometimes it’s just the thoughts without “what if” in front of them. Like “I’m a …..” or “I’m going to ….” or “I want to ….” are those still the same kind of intrusive thought? How do you deal with those ones? If I’m being honest they cause FAR more anxiety to me than the what if ones
