Which starter?

I play MTG, played digimon. As I saw One piece releasing in french, I want to know which one is better st19 black smoker , st17 blue Donqui Do flamingo or st15 red Edward Newgate ? I'm choosing base on my favorite characters. Not looking for meta or strongest but fun.
