Beginner one piece tcg

Hi guys, just want advice. I just start to play tcg op, before this i just play vanguard card but not really serious. I buy luffy starter deck. Already learn gameplay on mobile, just play with ai. What next thing i need to learn? What i should buy next? Other starter deck or booster? Tq.
